HS International Group is currently preparing the general plan for a waterfront in the Khor Maksar area overlooking the environmentally protected water areas. The work also includes preparing architectural designs for the project’s buildings and facilities. The total land allocated for the project is estimated at 7,639 square meters, with a total length of 221 meters and a width varying between (20) and (45) meters.
The project comprises of service, investment and commercial buildings such as restaurants, cafes and shops, in addition to entertainment and sports events and activities. The total built-up area of the project is (542) square meters.
The walkway and the project’s structural system were designed for construction from natural wood to avoid potential damage in areas near water, taking into account the high environmental sensitivity and vehicle movement to ensure flexibility in their entry and exit from the project site via a service street. The design also provides parking space for (33) vehicle.
The project includes a wooden sidewalk extending into the sea ending with a restaurant and seating areas. Aden Governorate, represented by the local council of Khor Maksar District, is implementing the project.

تقوم مجموعة اتش اس العالمية حاليا بإعداد المخطط العام لواجهة بحرية في منطقة خور مكسر مطلة على المحمية البيئية في المناطق المائية. كما تضمن العمل اعداد التصاميم المعمارية لمباني ومنشآت المشروع. إن اجمالي الأرض المخصصة للمشروع هي 7,639 متر مربع بإجمالي طول 221 متر وعرض يتفاوت ما بين 20 و45 متر.
يتكون المشروع من مباني خدمية واستثمارية وتجارية مثل المطاعم، المقاهي ومحلات تجارية بالإضافة إلى فعاليات وانشطة ترفيهية ورياضية. إن اجمالي المساحات المبنية في المشروع تقدر ب (542) متر مربع.
تم تصميم الممشى والنظام الإنشائي للمشروع من مادة الخشب الطبيعي لتفادي الاضرار المتوقعة في المناطق القريبة من المياه واخذ بعين الاعتبار الحساسية البيئية العالية ودراسة حركة المركبات لضمان مرونة في الدخول والخروج من موقع المشروع عبر شارع خدمي كما وفر المصمم موقف لعدد 33 مركبة.
تضمن المشروع رصيف خشبي داخل البحر ينتهي بمنطقة تحتوي مبنى خاص بمطعم مطل على البحر وجلسات للطعام حيث تقوم محافظة عدن ممثلة بالمجلس المحلي لمديرية خور مكسر بتنفيذ المشروع.
