Development of Zanzibar Building Code

HS International has been shortlisted to submit a proposal for the “Consultancy Services for Development of Zanzibar Building Code in Tanzania “. The project is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) and the client is The Presidents’ office Finance and Planning Zanzibar. The main aim of the consulting services is to develop the Zanzibar Building Code (ZBC) and undertake other relevant works to strengthen the resilience of the urban and rural built environment in Zanzibar and enhance the regulatory environment for sustainable development.
