Design, supervision of implementation of the elderly home and entertainment center

HS Group represented by its regional office in Canada is to start work on design, supervision of implementation of the elderly home and entertainment center on a plot of 7,195 square meters overlooking the River Topic in New Brunswick.

The contract consists of two phases, the first is the design and supervision of the home and the second is the entertainment center attached to it. Currently, the architectural team has begun studying the requirements of the owner to prepare the architectural design idea. Work on the first phase which consists of three parts is expected to complete in a period of (26) weeks from start date.

 يتكون العقد من مرحلتين الأولى هي التصميم والإشراف على دار المسنين والثانية المركز الترفيهي المرفق به ، حالياً بدأ فريق العمل المعماري بدراسة متطلبات المالك لتحضير الفكرة المعمارية التصميمية ويتوقع أن تنجز أعمال المرحلة الأولى المكونة من ثلاث أجزاء مدة ستة وعشرون أسبوع من تاريخه.
