Consultancy Services for Diagnostic and Pre-Feasibility Studies in Lilongwe Cit

HS Group submitted the Consulting Services of this Assignment which includes preparation of the Diagnostic and Pre-Feasibility Studies for Resilient Urban Development and Service Delivery in Lilongwe city. The findings from this assignment shall be utilized to assess the future urban service provision scenarios and to propose prioritized interventions in improving municipal services in the area including but not limited to capacity building, drainage, solid waste management and urban public transport. The project is financed by the World Bank and the services are expected to be delivered by the Q4 2020.
