Project’s Brief

The project consists of 40 shops distributed in the project as follows:

• 28 shops with an average area of 60 square meters with dimensions of 10 meters’ length and 6 meters’ width concentrated in the main middle block on two floors.

• 9 restaurants with an average area of 190 square meters and average dimensions of 16 meters’ length and 12 meters’ width and divided into 3 main and 6 small ones on the front and rear elevations along the streets.

• 3 cafes with an average area of 96 square meters and the average dimensions of 16 meters’ length and 6 meters’ width concentrated on the front elevation close to the pedestrian walkways.

• In addition to vertical circulation by using elevators and escalators and escape stairs.
