HS Group Team in Kurdistan Iraq to Discuss the Progress in

SLEMANI – RESIDENTIAL &  BUSINESS DISTRICT 2020 PROJECT

(Master Plan, Feasibility Study, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Studies)

Arch. Hani Sahooly; HS Managing Director, and senior experts from HS Group visited Sulimani- Kurdistan last month (September 2016), to discuss with the Ministry of Municipality & Tourism, Kurdistan-Iraq (the Client) the resulted Scenarios of the Sustainable Development for the Slemani Residential & Business District 2020.

HS Group Team held several meetings with the Senior Client’s Officials in which they clarified and provided the results of the studies that were conducted and the proposed scenarios for the development of the project’s area and the Team received the Client’s notes and feedback.

The Client was comfortable with the results and progress in the project activities. He expressed his satisfaction and trust of HS Group Team.

The project is considered as one of the important strategic projects related to the development of Slemani District. The objective of the project is to prepare a Development Master Plan, detailed plans & Feasibility Studies and design of the Residential, Business and Logistic based on the state of the art technology and high standards and planning regulations for 4,700 hectares Area.
