Project’s BriefLogistics strategy and priority infrastructure improvements in Hodeidah. The two logistic center consist of the following:

 

Buildings:

  • Warehouses, dry and cold stores.
  • Administration building.
  • Services building
  • Main gates.

 

Utilities:

  • Waste water and sanitation network and waste water treatment plant.
  • Power, electrical and communication systems including external cables and roads lighting networks.
  • Road network, cars’ and tracks’ parking.
  • Water storm drainage system.
  • Fire hydrant system and network.

 

Landscape and fence:

  • Green area and soft landscape.
  • Pavement and hard landscape.
  • Fence including the main and emergency gates.
  • External lighting system.

 

Scope of Service

Scope of services included but not limited to the following:

  • Review the geotechnical investigation report.
  • Prepare preliminary and final detailed architectural designs
  • Prepare preliminary and final detailed structural and electrometrical designs.
