Narrative description

Develop the master plan, urban fabric and the recreational zone of Khor AL-Mukalla Second Phase

on about 250,000  m2  total area, the project consists of: Cultural zone includes Theaters, Museum,

Public library, multipurpose hail and cinemas, Recreational zone includes Aqua park, boat resort,

children play areas, restaurants, cafe’s, Sport zone includes sports city, public stadium and Landscape

includes sea side, street landscape, Green areas water features. The Total build up area of the project

is about 100,000 m2
