• To include a modern concrete building that will consist of thirteen floors, three to be commercial mall and nine administrative floors to include open plan offices and all facilities for a modern office building.
• Highly advanced architectural finishing, the external cladding to be mostly Aluminum sheets, glass and local off white stones
• Approximate total built area of 12,000 m2 including the main courtyard, fix structures and circulation elements.
• Complete MEP systems and works including sound system, CCTV, firefighting, data system, etc.
• The landscape designs to include hard and soft landscape, irrigation systems and external lighting

Landscape and Fencing:

• Green areas and soft landscape.
• Pavement and hard landscape.
• External lighting system.

Scope of Service
Design consultancy services include the following:

• Prepare technical report including area and space requirements, site analysis and concept design etc.

• Prepare conceptual architectural designs.
• Prepare preliminary architectural designs.
• Prepare (3D) digital model using 3D MAX software.
• Prepare model scale 1:200 using cardboard and wood.
