As part of HS Group’s periodic strategic monitoring of its projects, Dr. Ahmed Balh, Marine Con. Sec. Head at HS Group and Assistant Professor of Coastal Engineering at Ain Shams University’s Faculty of Engineering, conducted a site visit to the Angoche Fishing Port project in Mozambique.
This visit included the inspection of critical technical works and the holding of extensive coordination meetings with China Harbor Engineering Company (CHEC), along with their execution and quality control teams. The primary focus of these discussions was to examine any execution obstacles and develop clear plans to accelerate the pace of completion. Concurrently, coordination was established with the local partner, CONSULTEC, to strengthen collaboration.
