This is a senior-level role focused on strategic execution, not team management.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Strategic Growth &amp; Expansion:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan focused on market penetration and expansion within key territories in the MENA region.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new high-growth sectors for our consultancy and construction services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Partnership &amp; Alliance Building:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, cultivate, and formalize strategic partnerships with key industry players, government entities, financial institutions, and local firms to enhance our market position and capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at high-level industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build our brand and establish influential relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Opportunity &amp; Pipeline Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively generate a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, personally managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead on preparing compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and secure major projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their core challenges and aligning our services to meet their strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Internal Collaboration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with technical, operational, and financial teams to ensure the viability of proposed solutions and the seamless transition of new projects from the sales phase to execution.<\/li>\n<li>Provide market intelligence and client feedback to senior leadership to inform company strategy and service development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven success in a senior business development, strategic partnerships, or sales role, preferably within the consultancy, engineering, or construction sectors.<\/p>\n<p>MENA Expertise: Extensive experience and a strong professional network within the MENA region is essential. You must have a deep understanding of the region&rsquo;s business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities where others don&rsquo;t, and create long-term value. Your success will be measured by growth, not just transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Proven Track Record: A portfolio of successfully closed multi-million dollar deals and a clear history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets as an individual contributor.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to C-level executives.<\/p>\n<p>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>An MBA is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Languages: Fluency in English is required.
