A Lead \u2013 Civil and Structural engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, analysis, and construction of projects. Ensure that all structural elements meet safety standards and regulations. This role involves coordinating with architects, MEP and construction teams, managing budgets and resources, and troubleshooting structural issues to ensure the integrity and durability of the structures being created and developed.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Oversee the planning and execution of civil and structural engineering projects.
\n\u2022 Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Perform structural analysis and calculations.
\n\u2022 Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
\n\u2022 Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
\n\u2022 Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
\n\u2022 Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
\n\u2022 P.E. (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil\/structural engineering.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing projects.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.
\n\u2022 Excellent project management and organizational skills.
\n\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n
