We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Project Director with a minimum of 20 years of expertise in the construction industry to join our esteemed organization. The Project Director will oversee multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Direct and manage all phases of multiple high-value construction projects from initial planning and design through to completion. Provide overall leadership for project teams to ensure success at every stage.<\/li>\n
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Proactively monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Lead, mentor, and manage diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors. Ensure all parties are informed, satisfied, and aligned with project goals.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of construction activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, construction quality standards, and relevant codes. Address any issues or roadblocks that arise on-site and provide timely solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders, covering financial performance, project timelines, budget adherence, risk assessments, and any required corrective actions.<\/li>\n
  • Identify potential risks to project timelines, budgets, or quality. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and address issues proactively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    • A minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor’s degree\u00a0in Construction\u00a0Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master\u2019s degree is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to influence, motivate, and guide diverse teams to achieve project goals and overcome challenges.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present project information, reports, and updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, safety standards, and best practices. Proven experience overseeing projects in various construction sectors such as commercial, residential, and infrastructure.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in project\u00a0management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6) and budgeting\/forecasting tools. Strong ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to anticipate potential issues and implement corrective actions quickly to ensure project success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
