We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to be a key driver of our expansion and strategic partnership initiatives across the MENA region. The ideal candidate is a master strategist with a deep understanding of the consultancy and construction landscape. You will be a hands-on expert responsible for identifying new market opportunities, forging powerful alliances, and securing high-value contracts that fuel our growth. This is a senior-level role focused on strategic execution, not team management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Expansion:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan focused on market penetration and expansion within key territories in the MENA region.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new high-growth sectors for our consultancy and construction services.

Partnership & Alliance Building:

  • Identify, cultivate, and formalize strategic partnerships with key industry players, government entities, financial institutions, and local firms to enhance our market position and capabilities.
  • Represent the company at high-level industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build our brand and establish influential relationships.

Opportunity & Pipeline Management:

  • Proactively generate a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities, personally managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Take the lead on preparing compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and secure major projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their core challenges and aligning our services to meet their strategic objectives.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical, operational, and financial teams to ensure the viability of proposed solutions and the seamless transition of new projects from the sales phase to execution.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to senior leadership to inform company strategy and service development.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven success in a senior business development, strategic partnerships, or sales role, preferably within the consultancy, engineering, or construction sectors.

MENA Expertise: Extensive experience and a strong professional network within the MENA region is essential. You must have a deep understanding of the region’s business culture, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.

Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities where others don’t, and create long-term value. Your success will be measured by growth, not just transactions.

Proven Track Record: A portfolio of successfully closed multi-million dollar deals and a clear history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets as an individual contributor.

Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to C-level executives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA is highly advantageous.

Languages: Fluency in English is required. Professional proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.

Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurial with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
