Who We Are

In 1997,  HS Group was founded under HS & Associates. As a limited liability company, we provide professional consultancy services in buildings, urban planning, and engineering.

2002 marked a pivotal moment for HS Group with the establishment of our first major office in Yemen. This significant milestone provided a formal presence, a dedicated team, and the launchpad for our expanding project portfolio.

By 2005, we had established ourselves as a pioneering force in Yemen. This success fueled our ambition to expand beyond national borders. We actively cultivated international partnerships and relationships, solidifying our vision to become a global company.

This period was marked by significant growth. We successfully executed numerous masterplan projects, expanded our physical presence by opening multiple branch offices throughout Yemen, and began exporting our expertise beyond national borders.

2009 marked a period of strategic diversification and expansion. We successfully entered new markets and broadened our service portfolio, significantly increasing our fields of specialization.

In 2010, we strategically established regional offices in Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Amman, a pivotal move that extended our reach beyond Yemen and signaled our commitment to becoming a truly international organization.

This was a time of real growth and ambition for us. We took a big step, opening our first office outside the Arab world in Canada. It was a moment of pride, and it pushed us to test our skills on a global stage, participating in international competitions.

In 2016, we decided to take on more responsibility and see our projects through from start to finish, not just consulting but also designing and building. This meant new challenges, but we were ready. It also meant expanding into Africa, and we were incredibly proud to see our Yemen team become a strong construction company.

During this time, we were privileged to contribute to many significant projects, actively participating in their development and implementation, going beyond the traditional consultant.

2021 marked a significant strategic move for us with the opening of Egypt’s Office. This location has quickly become a vital gateway, facilitating our expansion and operations across Africa.

By 2024, HS Group had achieved significant scale across Africa, establishing itself as a major player. This growth was reflected in the expansion and enhanced positioning of all our offices.

Our global expansion continues with the opening of our office in Hong Kong, China, marking our entry into East Asia. We are actively pursuing opportunities to broaden our specializations and grow our office presence.
